Coach-led 45-minute high intensity sweat that removes complex skills often associated with CrossFit and is more approachable for a broader range of athletes.

Coach-led, age-appropriate, pace and exercise selection, encompassing balance, coordination, resistance training, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Coach-led, coach-motivated, 60-minute class geared towards endurance training to prepare you for your next HYROX race!

Coach-led, 60-minute, age-appropriate strength and conditioning class. Kids classes are for grades 2-5, and Teens classes are for grades 6+.

I came to Resilience 3.5 years ago. I was tired of looking in the mirror and disliking what was staring back at me. I had enjoyed being a part of various gyms YEARS ago but had let the constant physicality of my work be my excuse in not having a more targeted workout routine. I tried the “Jump Start “ program right before the holiday season and was absolutely HOOKED! The owners constantly talk about this gym’s unique “community” and it is unlike any other gym I have been a part of. There are always new folks to meet and EVERYONE is so welcoming. I am constantly amazed with their workout programming. Other than occasional benchmark workouts that allow you to chart your fitness progression EVERY workout is different which keeps me motivated. Their staff is exceptional as they ALL go above and beyond to try and bring the most out of each and every person. I can’t say enough about this business it’s top notch!!

I’ve been a member for over two years now and highly recommend. I have more muscle, feel stronger and have an easier time keeping up with my 16-year old on the ski slope, hiking, or biking. I enjoy the commitment of registering for a class time so it’s on my calendar and I feel obligated to show up. I do “Rush” which is a little less intense than CrossFit with a bit more cardio. You can gear it to your level of fitness and see yourself improve over time. I’m over 50 and feeling strong and healthy thanks to Resilience and their great coaches! Highly recommend to ANYONE looking to increase their level of fitness.

I had the opportunity to drop in at Resilience while I was visiting MA. This gym is awesome! The owner Jamie was beyond accommodating to us. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Even the members took time to say hi and smile at us. The gym itself is huge and has everything. They even have a huge rig outside where I picture them having all kinds of fun events during the warmer months. Easy to get to, tons of parking, it was perfect. Thank you for the hospitality guys! ♥️

The coaches, the members, the programming, and the facility make this the BEST. If you live close to Hopkinton or work nearby, you really should come by and experience the Resilience community. Its not just a gym. Its also not just hard core crossfit so don't be intimidated by that. I have been to countless gyms and Crossfit locations across the country and Internationally. This place is special.

Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts. Sign up today!

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level.

Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance.

Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
